These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Aryza Influencer Brand Ambassador Program ("Program") offered by Aryza, Inc. ("Aryza", "we", "us", or "our"). By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Program Overview
1.1 The Aryza Influencer Brand Ambassador Program is designed to promote Aryza’s products and services through individuals ("Ambassadors") who have a significant social media presence and are willing to endorse Aryza’s offerings.
1.2 Ambassadors will be provided with unique discount codes, promotional materials, and other resources to facilitate their promotional activities.
2. Ambassador Requirements
2.1 Ambassadors must be at least 16 years of age.
2.2 Ambassadors must have a strong presence on one or more social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and demonstrate engagement with their audience.
2.3 Ambassadors must maintain a positive reputation and comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their promotional activities.
3. Ambassador Responsibilities
3.1 Ambassadors agree to actively promote Aryza’s products and services through their social media channels using the provided promotional materials.
3.2 Ambassadors must use their unique discount codes and promotional links provided by Aryza when promoting Aryza’s products.
3.3 Ambassadors agree to represent Aryza professionally and positively in all communications and interactions with their audience.
4. Compensation
4.1 Ambassadors may receive commission or incentives based on sales generated through their unique discount codes or promotional links. The specific compensation structure will be communicated separately to each Ambassador.
4.2 Aryza reserves the right to modify the compensation structure at any time, with notice to Ambassadors.
5. Termination
5.1 Either party may terminate the Ambassador’s participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, by providing written notice to the other party.
5.2 Aryza reserves the right to terminate an Ambassador’s participation immediately if the Ambassador breaches these Terms or engages in conduct that reflects unfavorably on Aryza.
6. Confidentiality
6.1 Ambassadors may have access to confidential information regarding Aryza’s products, marketing strategies, and other proprietary information. Ambassadors agree not to disclose such information to third parties without Aryza’s consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Aryza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Program.
8.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Aryza and the Ambassador regarding the Program and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
8.2 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
